STEP

01

Step 1 - Education

Join us for our online webinars and in-room workshops held in cities around the country. Soak up insightful information from our Investment Director, Property Consultants and network partners via social media and e-newsletters.

Step 2 - Strategy Session

We meet in person or via Zoom / Facetime to define your goals and develop your action plan.
There are many factors to consider prior, during and after an investment. Potential risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated to protect your plan and wealth. Based on our experience and expertise, we discuss the many options available to you and decide the pathways that will get you to your goals faster.

Step 3 - Financial Capacity & Cash Flow Brief

We bring in your financial team who will help you clearly understand your financial position including any grants and entitlements you may be eligible for. They will provide you with your realistic borrowing capacity and help you set up your cash flow and accounting for maximum benefit.

Step 4 - Property Selection

The fun part! Based on your goals and borrowing capacity, our Investment Director, Shane Robson, will show you a range of properties with research. We will attend inspections with you (virtual inspections via Facetime available) and Shane Robson will negotiate with the seller to get you the best deal!
You will be introduced to your legal conveyancer who will run you through the contract and manage the legalities.

Step 5 - Finance Approval

You’ve chosen your property, negotiated a great deal, now it’s time to get finance! Your mortgage broker prepares and submits your application and liaises with the bank on your behalf to get your approval.

Step 6 - Build Process

We really take the reigns here for you while keeping you completely informed. Our team manages your build process if applicable and ensures your property will be ready to move in to at handover. Our comprehensive checklist includes utility connection, building inspections & rectifications, tax depreciation report, insurances and more.

Step 7 - Tenant Selection

We introduce you to a carefully selected local property manager and assist you with choosing a quality tenant.
